If our quote looks fair and reasonable to you, we go to the next stage in the process. Before drawing up a contract, we meet with you to gain more insight into the details of your project. For instance, materials preferences, desired finishes, ideal schedule and time frame, and more. Once we have a very clear understanding of your expectations we draw up a contract for your review. In turn, the contract breaks down cost and schedule. After you agree the contract, we can move forward with your project.
